Specialized Lunch Time Program
Meeting Once Per Week for 30-60 Minutes Conducted In Chairs
"Relax-Energize-Focus" is designed to easily integrate into the hectic
and demanding workday schedule. The program easily fits into a lunch
break, allowing time to both relax and eat. The participants experience
our foundational practices of concentration, breathing, physical
stretching exercises, relaxation techniques and workplace assignments.
After Work Hatha Yoga
Meeting Once Per Week for 60-90 Minutes
Classes are more physical and provide complete exposure to traditional
yoga postures, breathing and deep relaxation techniques. The employees
wear loose fitting exercise clothes and the class is conducted on yoga
mats on the floor in a conference room or classroom.
Better Living through Yoga Practices
This
workshop includes identification of major stresses both positive and
negative. An overview of ways to reduce and deal with stress more
positively. Fundamentals of body awareness, breathing and muscle
relaxation.
Work/Life Balance
This
workshop allows participants to identify an align priorities with
actions. A healthy whole being approach is used to help individuals
learn how to balance stressors of work, home and family.
Yoga for Office Professionals
Yoga
for Office Professionals is a workshop that helps participants to learn
basic yoga postures that can be done in an office or cubicle to protect
the body from repeated motion stress and fatigue.
